To book a reservation, follow the prompts below or contact us at 513-429-5003. To reschedule or cancel a reservation, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your reservation. Please be aware our online booking includes our most popular services. If you are unable to find the service you wish to schedule, please contact us via phone or email.

Cancellation Policy:

Please note we require a 24 hours notice from your reservation time if you should need to cancel. In the event that you need to cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of your reserved service. If you fail to show up for your reservation without notice, you will be charged 100% of your reserved service.

*You will be asked to place a card on file in the event of canceling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice. This information is secured and not visible by staff once entered in out system.

Service Revision Policy:

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the result of your service you have 7 days for hair services, and 48hrs for spa/nail services to contact us for a reservation. If you are beyond this time frame you may be charged for the service to remedy your dissatisfaction.
